Job Description
To oversee and manage the equipment acquisition and installation and custodial services functions and participate in the planning and management of facility repair and maintenance projects.
Skills
1. Oversee the acquisition and installation of office and common area equipment and furniture.
2. Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of custodial, maintenance and related assigned personnel.
3. Develop and implement guidelines for furnishings.
4. Manage equipment & furniture inventory to include new purchases and maintenance and repair of existing equipment & furniture.
5. Develop project estimates, costs, schedule and scope for review and approval.
6. Coordinate preparation of bid documents for outside contractors for equipment, furniture and custodial services.
7. Coordinate repair and maintenance projects for YASREF facilities.
8. Maintain and update real property records; update records with construction project documents and shop drawings.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the General Services Administrator.
