Job Description
To Provide necessary engineering support to OME teams to optimize Refinery operations. Prepare and develop routine/daily maintenance plans and other related activities at the Refinery and provide on-going technical support to develop and implement preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans.
Skills
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Perform the day-to-day work in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity, and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards.
2. Visit the assigned unit area(s), review performance and attend OME daily meetings. Provide OME team with the necessary support to maintain high level of safety performance and comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
3. Conduct site visits and prepare an accurate work plan through estimating materials, man hours, and other requirements that fit into the maintenance work plan.
4. Ensure effective communication at all levels of the Maintenance organization with the aim of securing the achievement of common objectives and maintaining an optimal work environment.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities in conjunction with the Scheduler.
6. Ensure proper planning for manpower and material resources for the implementation and completion of the planned maintenance activities as per the schedule.
7. Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports (including work completion history reports and material status) related to the routine and preventive maintenance activities at the Refinery.
8. Coordinate with required Maintenance organization to evaluate the plan progress and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend improvement for developing planning and implementation activities.
9. Contribute to the evaluation of the capital projects and other modification projects. Review and comment on all modifications of the respective process units and facilities.
10. Ensure that safety and security measures are being considered in all developed plans and schedules.
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the planning supervisor.
Education
Two (2) year Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
