Job Description
To participate in the development and implementation of YASREF corporate Performance Management System and conduct regular performance reviews analysis to ensure that the organization goals/KPIs are properly monitored and reported. Coordinate training programmes and plans, and supervise implementation within budget and resources. Assist in preparing, monitoring and supervising expenditure of departmental training budget
Skills
Conducts deep gap and data analysis identifying the underlying reasons behind the gaps and recommending process improvements; Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in design engineering, reviewing, analysing and decision making by taking into account the impact on environment, economy and society; have good project management and leadership skills; Designs evaluation methods and diagnostic studies to assess the quality and performance of HSE education programs; Develops/presents HSE education and promotion programs, such as training workshops, conferences, and school or community presentations and provides program information to the public by preparing and presenting press releases, conducting media campaigns, or maintaining program-related web sites
three (3) years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
