To handle the public relations initiatives of YASREF including necessary coordination with the public relation industries, and represent YASREF in all forums and occasions.
Skills
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Draft articles for press releases in both Arabic and English as per the business requirements in coordination with other marketing activities in YASREF.
2. Undertake YASREF’s public relations initiatives and ensure appropriate coordination with external public relations and media agencies.
3. Strive to promote the image of YASREF at all times in all forums, protect the assets and interests and strengthen the government relation of YASREF.
4. Organize the company’s promotional campaigns through coordinating and following up with the advertising agencies.
5. Build strong relationships with neighbouring companies and other industrial companies where mutual interests and partnerships can be constructed.
6. Coordinate the community outreach programs and create and administer suitable programs that explore local society needs and extend a helping hand in satisfying these needs.
7. Ensure all Public Relations campaigns and advertising material produced are consistent and suitable for the audience and aligned to the specific goals of the marketing strategy.
8. Coordinate with the HSE to help promote the safety and industrial security both internal within YASREF and externally within the industry though participating in forums and seminars.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the government affairs & public relations administrator.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.
