Job Description
To handle YASREF’s Public Relationships with the Governmental and Semi-Governmental Institutions. Guiding and assisting the preparation of required paper work and documents. Support the company public relations activities like Corporate identity and branding.
Skills
Review all periodic performance reports to ensure the effective implementation for YASREF’s strategies and operational priorities (Profit, reliability, safety and environmental requirements) and identify improvement opportunities and propose / implement improvement actions. Execute Department/ Division strategy and operational plans and manage the Division’s annual budget, to meet set objectives and performance targets. Ensure that the performance of various responsibilities and the conduct of the staff in the Division are in accordance with the YASREF’s policies and procedures;Studies the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services; Plans and directs the messages to media and public to serve the strategic approach of the organization; Stays updated with the latest developments and Media- related technologies and provides the required knowledge and experience transfer to his employee; Acts as an expert on dealing with Government Policies and procedures; Shows ability to predict signs of policies changes and related consequences and set proactive measures that would be taken in case of changes; Works in compliance to policies and procedures for the benefit of the organization, and in alignment with the company’s strategy
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations or equivalent.
