Accounting Analyst

1. Prepare report including variance analysis on Capitalized Software and ad-hoc reporting. Expense and Capital forecasting, including top-down business modeling for Senior Management.

2. Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process; develop operating models to ensure compliance with company’s financial goals.

3. Lead the collection of employee information required for keeping records of actuals on overtime worked, annual leaves, business related travels and the like to ensure clarity of audit trails and supporting information

4. Perform complex analytical assignments and prepares accounting related reports.

5. Provide expertise on processes or issues to the assigned team and work stream.

6. Coordinate the recording of month end revenue activity.

7. Perform analysis and coordinate with partners to resolve any differences.

8. Lead the preparation of reconciliations to ensure compatibility between YASREF’s book and customer’s/vendor’s records, handling general ledgers and balance statements and eliminating inconsistencies as required

9. Analyze and interpret reports for managers providing recommendations to guide business decisions.

10. Maintain records for routine accounting transactions.

11. Perform all work procedures in compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Controller.
