Job Description
1. Perform the day-to-day work in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity,
and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards.
2. Effectively and efficiently gather, consolidate and analyze technical data as requested.
3. Prepare and summarize requested information from internal and external sources.
4. Participate in generating performance (KPIs) reports.
5. Participate in preparing periodic (weekly, monthly and annual) reports such as
technical/engineering reports, weekly highlights, operating/business plans and accountability
reports.
6. Assist in the review and preparation of engineering standards, procedures, packages, cost
estimates and reports.
7. Support Draftsmen in generating/updating engineering drawings.
8. Participate in ensuring accuracy of drawings and other engineering standards, manuals, and
documentations as requested.
9. Participate, conserve and properly file up-to-date hard and soft copies of engineering/safety and
environmental standards, equipment manuals, drawings, engineering studies, recommendations
and other engineering documentations in engineering library or designated shared drives as
applicable.
10. Duly index and update all engineering documentations for fast and easy retrieval.
11. Generate schedules and coordinate for engineering meetings/events as requested.
12. Participate in identifying, planning and implementing work process improvement opportunities.
13. Fully comprehend and adhere to relevant safety and environmental policies and procedures.
14. Provide the necessary support to the respective OME team member before/after daily meetings to
ensure high level of safety performance and comply with health, safety and environmental
standards.
15. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
