Budget & Costing Supervisor

1. Budget Schedule and Guidelines in coordination with corporate planning to decide the timely availability of Operating / Business Plan for Yasref Management /BOD.
2. Prepare financial model for OPEX, Capex & Labor Headcount and coordinate with company functional area’s planners to develop detailed function wise Operating & Capex plans and labor headcount.
3. Consolidate all function data and produce & present “5 Years’ Finance Plan OP/BP” which is an integral part of Operating/Business Plan in compliance with requirements of Shareholders’ Agreement
4. Upload BOD approved version of Operating Plan in SAP System to facilitate users to review and monitor their annual operating plan
5. Monitor all transactions relating to budget revision & transfer requested by relevant function and ensure the compliance of approved procedure & approval for this revision and transfer
6. Monitor corporate function wise OPEX & Capex budget on monthly basis and consolidate the variance analysis based on feedback from all corporate functions
7. Year End Estimates activities for whole Yasref OPEX/Capex during mid of year to reflect and adjust the budget with actual business case. This activity covers all corporate function / PMT expenditures estimates for the remaining period of any fiscal year

8. Extensive Operating Cost Analysis for all fixed and variable areas and suggest areas of improvement in liaison with Yasref organisation.
9. Analyse current and past trends in OPEX and Capex and suggest cost cutting methodologies and controlling.
10. Circulate monthly actual Opex with budget for the period and year todate to each organization management and seek feedback on major variance and compile all feedback in monthly opex monitoring report
11. Issue periodically accountability report to Yasref management depicting actual Opex/Capex/Headcounts against approved budget with variance analysis supported with recommendations.
12. Generating cost-statistics with cost drivers, Key Performance Indicators and reporting and presentation to Yasref Management
13. Formulates and presents the Capital Budget, evaluation of new capital proposals and control of supplementary requests for Funds within approved budget limits in compliance with the delegation of authorities
14. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Division Head.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
