Business Development Advisor

1. Participate in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new ventures.

2. Write concept papers that establish a high level case for further developing complex business ventures and present results to management.

3. Participate in potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

5. Participate in negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with YASREF strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner’s needs and goals.

6. Participate in new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

7. Protects YASREF value by keeping information confidential.

8. Enhances YASREF reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

9. Participate in preparing operating and business plan and participate in commissioning, startup and testing of units/plants as needed.

10. Calculate and analyze the technical and economic performance indicators of YASREF refinery using strategic performance management tools.

11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the strategic & business planning manager.
