with industry standards and company policies
• Managing and mitigating risks associated with third-party engagements
Offtake Agreements:
• Negotiating, drafting, and managing long-term offtake agreements to secure
stable revenue streams for the company’s products
• Ensuring agreements reflect market-competitive terms and protect the
company’s financial and operational interests
• Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and optimize offtake options,
ensuring flexibility and profitability
Market-Reflected Pricing:
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies that reflect real-time market
conditions and ensure competitiveness
• Monitoring global and regional petrochemical market trends to provide actionable
recommendations on pricing adjustments

Stakeholder Engagement:
