Electrical / Instrument Unit Supervisor

1. Identify, plan and implement system improvements opportunities.
2. Directs the preparation of designs, engineering studies, and related activities.
3. Review and endorse the proposed changes to engineering standards and manuals; review and recommend electrical and control systems related performance indicators on regular basis.
4. Provide the support to OME team members to ensure high level of overall performance and comply with health, safety & environmental standards
5. Support Operations & Maintenance during planned and emergency plant shutdowns.
6. Analyze and develop Technical Service Request (TSR) which is economically justifiable and environmentally safe.
7. Review and comment operation and or maintenance engineer’s proposals to ensure that the proposal meet YASREF requirements and enables the achievement of business priorities (HSE, reliability, high KPI’s, and continuous improvement, cycle time, energy, cost) and enhance productivity).
8. Review and endorse the proposed changes to engineering standards and manuals; Review and recommend engineering related performance indicators on regular basis.
9. Participate or lead in investigations of short and long term technical problems affect service factors, safety, and operating costs. Take lead responsibility for documentation of the incident and Corrective action.
10. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by his direct supervisor
11. Develop initiatives and procedures for enhancing performance of YASREF metering systems
12. Conduct RCA studies to overcome repeated problems that affect performance of E&I systems.
13. Conduct surveys and health checks on existing systems to identify bad actors and to develop mitigation plans for improving the performance.
