Job Description
|
1. Provide technical support and guidance to various stake holders including vendors, management and OME team to explain complex engineering concepts and provide engineering solutions in clear manner. |

2. Develop engineering strategies to reduce costs, increase asset efficiency and improve productivity. Focus on continuous improvement to increase plant operational efficiency by reducing waste, improving the cycle time, and optimizing the use of plant assets and equipment’s. |
|||||||||
|
3. Provide timely contribution for engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades and expansions. Coordinate with various stake holders and ensure engineering solutions are provided for successful project completion. |
|||||||||
|
4. Deliver engineering solutions to maintain the plant assets throughout their life cycle. Provide technical support to OME teams during plant maintenance/shutdown or in order to resolve any technical issue related to engineering. |
|||||||||
|
5. Conduct evaluation and prepare the design modifications as approved by the change of management system or project management team. Prepare Design Packages for In-house modifications, MOCs and carry out all the supporting design calculations. |
|||||||||
|
6. Make frequent plant visits and discuss operational analyzer issues with respective OME teams with purpose of resolving, upgrading, maintaining, and improving the equipment performance as required. |

|
7. Participate and contribute in troubleshooting meetings to attend the equipment failures, system failures and other process abnormalities. Discuss abnormalities with technicians, engineers and operations shift. |
|||||||||
|
8. Conduct research on equipment’s, processes and systems to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and abnormalities. Regularly evaluate work, processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. |
|||||||||
|
9. Conduct investigation on equipment failures, system failures and identify the root causes and provide sound recommendations to prevent future failure or incidents. Participate in Root Cause Analysis on plant assets malfunction and provide feedback to prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, computer engineering or equivalent.
