Job Description
To coordinate all shipping and logistics work activities in order to ensure that all requested purchase orders by the procurement department are delivered on time, as well as ensuring that all logistical tasks, pertaining to project materials and equipment and facilities, are performed as per established guidelines while maintaining health and safety standards
Skills
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Government Policies and Procedures through abiding by them and communicating them to others; Understands different interpretations for laws and regulations and adopts the best for YASREF; Works without supervision on inter-operating policies and procedures; Applies knowledge of Facilities management and planning while responding to YASREF needs; Demonstrates related safety and inspection skills needed to perform regular operations; Demonstrate strong knowledge of media protocols and public relation tactics in dealing with YASREF media and public relation needs and process; Undertakes and manages communication and interaction with media and public with minimal supervision; Contributes in development and production of advertisements and promotion materials; Expresses ideas smoothly and easily when communicating with colleagues and supervisor; Demonstrates English fluent mastery of oral and written language
Education
Two (2) year Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
