Job Description
1. Obtain and analyze engineering and technical information required for performance of engineering studies and projects.
2. Oversee the development of Engineering and technical proposals for existing or proposed facilities.
3. Designing additions/modifications to facilities and follow up on the execution and completion of projects.
4. Update “as built” drawing to reflect any changes to facilities as a result of building modifications or changes in building utilities and services.
5. Design of new office space by performing an assessment of current office space and identifying user requirements.
6. Oversee the prepared preliminary design for new office space using C.A.D. Intergraph System.
7. Support the Office Designer regarding scope of work, approach, time line, and potential problems.
8. Supporting in review and validate design with Office Space Designer I and with the client.
9. Oversee the prepared final design and working drawings including partitions and panels, furniture, equipment, power, telephones, coax requirements and any special notes for presentation to Office Designer.
10. Perform any other related job duties as requested by the General Services Administrator.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
