Fire Protection Manager

1. Manage and guide emergency response operations for fires, hazardous material releases and other incidents.

2. Support the proactive identification and mitigation of fire threats.

3. Support the proactive identification and mitigation of Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) threats.

4. Monitor the department's expenditure against the approved budget.

5. Support OME teams by advising on fire and HAZMAT related threats and mitigations.

6. Ensure timely scheduling and execution of inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire equipment, fixed protection systems and fire protection.

7. Administer and ensure adequate firefighting and emergency response related training is provided to YASREF employees.

8. Coordinate the development and implementation of fire & emergency response guidelines, standards and programs.

9. Ensure all Fire Protection Department Standards Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are updated and documented.

10. Conduct drills in coordination with other departments to measure effectiveness and set improvement plans as needed .

11. Evaluate and review Fire & emergency response drills, exercises and preplanning.

12. Coordinate with other local emergency response teams in case of need for external support.

13. Organize investigations for major emergencies and accidents in collaboration with Saudi Arabian Government officials and YASREF management, and provide recommendations for avoiding fire incidents in the future.

14. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the General Manager HSSE.
