Job Description
To lead and direct the Government Affairs and Public Relations activities to support YASREF’s organizations and ensure the facilitation of legal and official formalities and procedures.
Skills
Review all periodic performance reports to ensure the effective implementation for YASREF’s strategies and operational priorities (Profit, reliability, safety and environmental requirements) and identify improvement opportunities and propose / implement improvement actions. Execute Department/ Division strategy and operational plans and manage the Division’s annual budget, to meet set objectives and performance targets. Ensure that the performance of various responsibilities and the conduct of the staff in the Division are in accordance with the YASREF’s policies and procedures. Liaise with the Government entities and offices (e.g. passport office, labour office, airport and seaport authorities) to ensure compliance of all related activities with applicable laws and regulations. Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Government entities, such as Seaport, Air cargo, Passport, Manpower, Chamber of Commerce, Embassies/ Consulates, and others. Coordinate with the Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce and Traffic Department to acquire attestation for required official documents. Identify the Company's giveaway items and distribute them to key Government offices. Supervise custom clearance, import and export activities and arrange for custom exemptions. Coordinate with the concerned government entities the import and export of chemicals and material. Oversee and manage the issuance of employees' legal and official documents (Such as visas, passports, Iqamas and Saudi Driving Licenses). Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Support Services Manager.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or equivalent.
