Job Description
Ensure HR policy and planning initiatives are implemented as per the business plan and operating plan. Collaborate and provide guidance to the units to achieve excellent results, support organizational goals and foster a supportive productive environment. Closely work on Organizational Development and organizational change initiatives. Ensure Compensation & Benefit initiatives and Reward, Recognition & Retention Strategies are implemented as per plan. Control & implement short term & long-term workforce/manpower planning and Budgeting for HR department. Ensure HR Policies, and Planning initiatives are in compliance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).

Qualification / Academics:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration or equivalent.- International Professional Certification like CIPD / SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
Years of work experience:
- Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
