Job Description
1. Provide assistance to perform employee on-boarding process. Conduct induction and orientation programs for newly hired talents. |
2. Treat internal customers with a high level of customer satisfaction, cooperation, communication and enthusiasm.

3. Attend internal customer’s (employees and proponent department) requirement and provide speedy and quality employee services. |
4. Process and maintain all personnel related forms and documentation such as employees’ records leave entitlements, attendance, and end-of-service benefits.

5. Provide customer care support in activities like, On-Boarding & Induction, building Employee Profile, Probation Period Notification, Termination, Resignation, Retirements and Settlements, Government Relation, Ethics, Attendance, timekeeping and leaves, Medical Services, Business Trip and all other HCM-Services not only limited to the above.

6. Support in preparing the monthly payroll information to ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner. Prepare all HC documentation as per the audit guidelines. |
7. Organize specific documents and certificates for employee vacations, sick leaves, end of service, and severance packages.
|
8. Provide support to administer pension registrations for newly hired Saudi National employees, and ensure previous tenure (years of service) is included (if relevant). |
9. Collect and update all employee related data such as general information, absences, new hires and reasons for termination/resignation. |
10. Provide support in monitoring and communicating SAP related notifications to employees. Provide support to handle employees’ grievances and personnel issues as required. |
11. Support employee activities starting from on-boarding up to exit interviews and assist with analyses aimed at increasing employee motivation & retention levels within the organization.

12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
