Job Description
1. Ensure all YASREF facilities and offices located within the assigned geographic area are safeguarded and all physical assets and the well-being of employees, contractors and guests are protected.
2. Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of YASREF’s security standards, policies and procedures.
3. Lead the assessment of evolving threats to YASREF.
4. Ensure continuous improvement programs are implemented for IS Processes, Systems and policies.
5. Develop, maintain and administer YASREF’s Contingency Plan as well as the Emergency Evacuation Plan.
6. Communicate with national government officials to maintain awareness of Industrial Security Protection requirements and threats.
7. Coordinate with other industrial security departments in Yanbu and with local security agencies to share information and best practices.
8. Stay current with relevant international standards and latest technology.
9. Ensure that YASREF’s security monitoring and control rooms are in-place and functioning.
10. Ensure that all future YASREF employees are screened and approved for security clearance.
11. Ensure that the security IDs, vehicle stickers and visitor pass systems are functioning to meet YASREF’s business requirements.
12. Coordinate the review and approval of all project budgets to ensure uniformity with government mandated security directives.
13. Coordinate with other YASREF organizations (Government Affairs, Law Department and Public Relations) to appraise and develop the YASREF’s position on sensitive and confidential matters.
14. Direct investigations related to security incidents to identify root causes for incidents.
15. Generate preventive/corrective measures and oversee their implementation to prevent future reoccurrence of incidents.
16. Ensure high levels of security awareness among YASREF employees and contractors.
17. Conduct security audits to proactively identify gaps in YASREF security policies and procedures and develop plans to address them.
18. Conduct investigation on threats, thefts and unlawful activities as directed by the management.
19. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by General Manager HSSE

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Police Science or Eng.
