IT Applications Administrator

1. Provide advice, guidance and support during the deployment and implementation of new IT systems
2. Coordinate with SAP vendors for the implementation of major equipment or program installations, as well as upgrades or conversions.
3. Maintain schedules of all major equipment or program installations and upgrades or conversions.
4. Analyze special assignments pertaining to recurring applications or operations problems.
5. Perform cost analyses and performance surveys and recommend and develop solutions to system limitations.
6. Keep abreast of trends and developments in IT systems and applications.
7. Analyze various economic alternatives for Company investment in computer resources and provide recommendations concerning the most cost effective IT applications.
8. Develop IT application trainings for YASREF personnel and ensure their thorough understanding of systems.

9. Identify recurring problems with IT applications and ensure that all issues are resolved in a proactive manner.

10. Ensure adherence of all application users to professional standards as well as YASREF policies and procedures.
11. Attend national and international congresses or conferences related to IT applications and participate in the activities of professional societies.
12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
