Job Description
1. Assist in providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance YASREF existing Microsoft based systems
2. Support in identifying opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
3. Coordinate application development for multiple projects
4. Participate in analysing data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
5. Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
6. Support in writing technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
7. Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
8. Coordinate on-going training for system users, deliver training sessions as required, and promote web-based training as needed, in collaboration with HR.
9. Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
10. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
