Job Description
•Represent organization in variety of legal functions inside and outside the organization to support the management initiatives and safe guard the organization with legal information.
•Reviews, examines, and provides recommendations for the purpose of ensuring that all legally binding instruments are consistent with the Kingdom’s and organizations rules and regulations.
•Negotiates and drafts agreements, contracts with local and international partners and parties; and ensures that said arrangements serve the best interests of organization. Also provide consultancy in new business or government approval from law perspective.
•Develops in coordination with Procurement & Contracts all standard contracts and legal documents to ensure their legal sufficiency.
•Provides expert legal advice on contractual, administrative and all other related matters to all YASREF departments for the purpose of ensuring that the organizations legal rights and privileges are protected.
•Represents the company in the court system and has contacts with service providers to settle differences and protect Company interests.
•To conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
