Job Description
|
1. Oversee day-to-day work in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity, and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards. |
|
2. Visit unit area(s), review performance and attend OME daily meetings and ensuring high level of safety performance and comply with health, safety and environmental standards. |
|
3. Supervise site visits and work plan through estimating materials, man hours, and other requirements that fit into the maintenance work plan. |
|
4. Oversee weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities in conjunction with the Scheduler. |
|
5. Prepare regular and special analyses of manpower and backlog data for the Superintendent and recommends allocation of manpower resources to maintain the highest possible activity levels in the Division while meeting Maintenance Goals. |
|
6. Ensure the accuracy of statistical maintenance and technical reports (including work completion history reports and material status) related to the routine and preventive maintenance activities at the Refinery. |
|
7. Coordinate with counterparts from other Divisions and with the Maintenance Systems Division to keep current with latest systems developments and to provide the Division's input to the Corporate policy-making process. |
|
8. Evaluate capital projects and other modification projects. Review and comment on all modifications of the respective process units and facilities. |
|
9. Ensure that safety and security measures are being considered in all developed plans and schedules. |
|
10. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the planning supervisor. |
