Job Description
- Mange and plan OE calendar and activity
- Support to develop excellence project plans, implement, coordinate and guide the team members in the tasks, motivate teams, resolve conflicts and support the team when required to achieve the desired results.
- Coordinate with Business Planning & Performance Management team to select excellence KPIs and devise measurement means.
- Support to identify various result criteria for excellence, benchmark and set result criteria.
- Communicate to the OE statues and action plan with YASREF Functions on regular basis.
- Conduct various analysis, Compute and analyse data, using statistical formulas, Microsoft office or calculators.
- Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses. Select statistical tests for analysing data.
- Organize paperwork, such as survey forms or reports, for distribution or analysis.
- Compile statistics from source materials, such as documents, records, quality-control or test records or survey sheets.
- Support in identifying trends, targets, objectives, comparison, causes, and scopes and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in identifying various result criteria for excellence, benchmark and set result criteria.
- Support the RCA effort from a management standpoint. This includes ensuring the message from the top to the floor is communicated properly and effectively.
- Incident classifications and guidance for RCA methodology and software.
- Update Yasref management during quarterly meeting on RCA matters.
- Track the RCA recommendation implementation. Maintain the level of RCA training and awareness and Control the approved RCA leader list and their RCA workload.
- Perform quality assurance by filling the RCA assessment checklist.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
