Job Description
1. Utilize Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies available (Vibration Analysis, Lube Oil Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, Motor Current Analysis, etc.) to determine the condition of facility’s assets.
2. Reviews and analyses vibration data collected on facility rotating equipment in an effort to identify deviation from acceptable vibration levels.
3. Reports any abnormalities found on equipment; troubleshoots to identify the fault.
4. Maintaining records related to work performed including use of computers.
5. Assist the Maintenance Engineers based on his request to perform any activity and troubleshooting.
6. Perform any equipment check based on the requirement of PdM technique to identify the problems occurring in the rotating equipment.
7. Coordinate with operations for completed PM Work Order for their approval and keep record for history.
8. Track equipment status on excel for further inspection based on the provided condition code.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by PM & PdM Unit Supervisor.
