Job Description

 

1. Planning, organizing, and monitoring, projects related analysis, involving cross-functional teams, responsible for delivering the analysis on time with quality results.

 

2. Develop, participate and facilitate business analysis, scope documents, project goals and deliverables. Participate in project budgets monitoring with management and stakeholders.

 

3. Responsible for gathering, reporting and publishing minutes from project related meetings in a timely manner.

 

4. Prepare project related and department planning documents and producing competent reports on the results of studies.

 

5. Keep all the work material, analysis reports ready for the reference of direct supervisor.

 

6. Coordinate with departments on implementation of various programs & plans. Work on special assignments related to organization operations.

 

7. Prepare various analyses reports to validate the proposals, informations and documents received from departments.

 

8. Generate competent reports in the area of budgets, accountability, performance indices and cost control.

 

9. Participate in preparing the functions short, medium and long term Programs, plans and offerings.

 

10. Manage and discuss the daily and weekly work schedules, important meeting preparedness and collect and prepare required material needed for meetings.

 

11. Gathers and maintains an assumptions book or register of current and project data needed for planning purposes and if necessary inputs this information into corporate planning models.

 

12. Monitor expenditure of function to ensure the expenditure items are performed within budget and resources.

 

13. Analyze relevant middle year and year end KPIs and follow up with concerned departments to collect the required data.

 

14. Maintain correspondence and record files related to various Programs, Plans and data.

 

15. Conducts periodic audits or operational reviews compiling and reporting statistics; discusses with supervisors apparent discrepancies and resolves them.

 

16. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
