Job Description
Assist the Process/Utilities Operations Engineering Superintendent, and lead the assigned area Operations Engineers, to manage the performance of related units' operation. Ensure Operations
compliance with agreed plans, meeting quality targets in optimized manner and in accordance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).
Give special focus to training of fresh engineers and follow up their IDPs.
