Job Description
The RCM Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that optimize the reliability and performance of Yasref assets. In this role, you will analyze failure modes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that maintenance practices align with industry standards.
Skills
• Thorough understanding with practical experience in implementation of techniques used in maintenance reliability such as RCM, RCA etc.
• Should be well conversed with RCM analysis tools like Pareto, Growth, Weibull and should be able to utilize diversified data.
• Thorough knowledge of APMS/MERIDIUM or any such database.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Engineer Professional (CMRP) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is preferred.

Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
