Job Description

Job Scope

Ensure Organization design supports the organizational structure. Maintain the organization management systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, grading and organizational change rules. Ensure all organization development programs are accomplished in compliance with strategies and operational priorities. Plan, schedule, execute and control Organization development activities to support operations and to ensure timely & efficient HR solutions.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide support in planning, and implement approaches to Organization design, Organization development and Organization change interventions. Ensure all elements of Organization design are aligned with Organization strategy.

2.Conduct evaluation study, benchmark and identify functional aspects of organization structure, systems, define processes and realign them to fit organization/ business goals. Develop Organization structure, Span of Control, Job Descriptions, Job tiles, Job bands, Job Evaluation, Job Grading and Job Families as needed for the system and structure.

3.Determine the structural design that involves best arrangement of roles, authorities and responsibilities. The structure should promote efficient workflow, communication and decision making.

3. Facilitate the process of the, Job Analysis, new job position creation and design and maintain the methodology for the Organization structure, job creation and the job evaluation.

4. Coordinate with C&B Team on the grading of job positions, promotion activities and participating in Job matching and salary benchmark surveys.

5. Create relevant surveys that help evaluate the effectiveness and identify ways to enhance efficiency within the organization.

6. Review and ensure the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures.

7. Provide support in analyses, studies and devises recommendation for the resolution of unique issues or cases pertaining to organization change, organization development processes, and systems, suggests best solution to address the issues.

8. Ensure the Organization Management systems support the effective functioning of the organization. Ensure the work of OM systems are based on approved organization structure, positions, level of authority, workflow, records, programs, and other ERP works have maintained appropriately.

9. Conduct job evaluation based on new job descriptions and derive the appropriate grade results for the jobs. As well as review and update job evaluation for current jobs as needed.

10. Participate in designing and maintaining all jobs in the organization and link it with career path/ladder.

11. Conduct regular checks of the organizational structure and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient.

12. Participates and provide professional inputs on Human Resources Projects and organization interventions and Organization Development projects

13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration or equivalent. (CIPD, SHRM)
