Job Description
|
1. Update the Master Data in the SAP inventory catalogue and insure its reliability.
|
|
2. Suggest material solutions and courses of action for procurement in coordination with senior team members regarding YASREF’s materials requirements. |
|
3. Assist in the evaluation and reviewing of conformity of requested parts against the required specification criteria to ensure accurate stock coding of the parts. |
|
4. Attend and participate in team meetings and conferences; assist in development of project plans for materials department. |
|
5. Assist in conducting various tests and quality checks as required on raw materials or finished products to ensure they meet the targeted standards. Produce quality reports for future assessment use. |
|
6. Develop, prepare and present relevant reports as required. |
|
7. Support in conducting data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and updated inventory catalogues. |
|
8. Assist in the analysis of product failure rate and determining the source of problems. |
|
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
