Job Description

  1. Identify and analyses training needs, compile training and employee development plans and obtain commitment from all stakeholders.  
  2. Liaise with learners and line managers on a weekly basis to check that practical training is progressing and to ensure that learners receive adequate exposure and coaching.  
  3. Participate in Identification of training needs using a structured format and approach.  
  4. Schedule trainings, communicate all training program details to trainees, and send reminders prior to the training due date.  
  5. Assist in the identification and booking of training venues, travels, accommodation and the other administrative aspects of training.  
  6. Work as a training facilitator and ensure that trainees are aware of all training requirements and instructions.  
  7. Participate in the development of training assessment questionnaire under the guidance of the training specialist. Ensure that all training results are accessed, processed and filed and that data is captured accurately.  
  8. Keep record of all conducted trainings along with all training details, including training program, material, venue, participants, and training provider. Prepare all HC documentation as per the audit guidelines.  
  9. Assist in scheduling the trainings with accordance to managers’ requests and business needs, and document all the conducted trainings.  
  10. Assist in tracking and reporting individual trainee progress and providing individual status reports upon request.  
  11. Identify and book training venues, travels, accommodation and the other administrative aspects of training.  
  12. Organize the training venues and take all the necessary preparations before the training.  
  13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
