Job Description
|
1. Ensure completeness and validity of all inventory documentation. |
|
2. Receive, inspect and store all warehouse stock. |
|
3. Inspect content to ensure the items received are undamaged. |
|
4. Complete and assist in the receipt, processing and unpacking of inventory. |
|
5. Support in entering material information along the inventory management system. |
|
6. Assist in receipt of goods includes signing for packages and recording inventory as received in computer system. |
|
7. Use various tools to open packages/stack and receive goods. |
|
8. Count individual units in boxes/consignment /batches to ensure accuracy relative to invoices and computer orders. |
|
9. In the case of missing or defective item report to concern supervisor. |
|
10. Take the invoice or product order and pull inventory from the shelves and register the issuance as per the procedure. |
|
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor. |

Education
