Job Description
Assists the Foreman or Supervisor, but is responsible for a team or group of employees. Will be the go-between for employees and management for solving problems or even for addressing general questions. Through their knowledge will be used to help others to accomplish the needed outcome of the task at hand and will assure the needed steps are taken to accomplish the end result.
